Joey Ray, 26, an office supervisor at “Jobs For A Future, Homeboy Industries” and an ex-gang member who spent 6 years in jail for attempted murder, shows his gang tattoos which tell his affiliation to the San Diego gang, "The Dukes". "Jobs For A Future, Homeboy Industries” is a non-profit center in East Los Angeles, which provides free tattoo removal services to any gang member requesting them if the tattoos inhibit their safety or their ability to secure employment. The service is provided on site with a state-of-the-art laser tattoo removal machine and staffed by a number of doctors who donate their time.
