Phil Zeigler, a longtime fan of late actor james Dean, wipes out lipstick marks left by female fans show on Dean's tombstone Park Cemetery in Fairmount, Indiana, on April 10, 2005. The tombstone was stolen twice in 1983 and replaced in 1985 because of damage done to it by fans. Thousands of people visit James Dean's gravesite each year to pay their respects.
September 30, 2005 will mark the 50th anniversary of James Dean’s tragic death in 1955.
