Giant Kite Festival in Berkeley

A member of the Berkeley Kite Wranglers looks at the giant kites he and his team are flying during the 20th Berkeley Kite Festival. Thousands of people came to watch the giant kites in action at the Festival in Berkeley, CA, on July 30 and 31, 2005.
