A family watches giant kites, some of them in the shape of octopus of 100 feet (30m) long and costing up to $5,000, fly in the air. Thousands of people came to watch the giant kites in action at the 20th Berkeley Kite Festival in Berkeley, CA, on July 30 and 31, 2005.
