Dozens of prospective buyers rush out a bus in Stockton, CA, on March 3, 2008, to visit a foreclosed house that is offered for sale at a low price. They go from one house to the other in a record time using a bus tour offered to them for free by real estate agent Cesar Diaz. Stockton, formally a bucolic Californian farming town, is considered the epicenter of the subprime mortgage crisis in the US. Thousands have been foreclosed and more are expected in the near future.
